A/C Leaking water

1. Check to see if condensate drain line is clogged. If clogged, use a wet/dry vacuum to unclog line

2. Re-prime condensate drain line to prevent air bubbles

3. On a monthly basis, pour a cup of bleach down the condensation line to prevent bacteria build up

Thermostat not working

• Check batteries and replace

• Check your main breaker switch

• Check safety switch near condensate drain line to verify if there is any water clogged

A/C not blowing cool

• Check for dirty filter and replace

• Check for dirty coils

• Check for ice buildup
