3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the service.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without proper notice may be subject to a service charge.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We offer limited warranties on parts and labor for new installations and qualifying repairs. Warranty terms will be specified in your service agreement. Warranties are void if equipment is tampered with or not maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Apple AC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
